Leading corporate and technology law firm, Moorcrofts, has further strengthened its teams with a series of key promotions and recent hires in its Thames Valley office.

Highly experienced Corporate Lawyer, Kate Prentis, who looks after some of the firm’s biggest clients, has been promoted to Partner, with the impressive and formidable Adam Forder also in the corporate team, stepping up to Senior Associate. Between them, Kate and Adam offer combined industry experience totalling over 30 years, specialising in corporate sales, acquisitions and reorganisations, as well as assisting and advising clients on corporate governance and compliance matters.

These promotions come hot on the heels of recent arrivals Sharan Uppal in Moorcrofts commercial property team, Nadiya Sheikh and Ash Sangha in its corporate team and Finnian Robinson joining the technology team. Rebekah Sutcliffe will also be joining the corporate team this month.

Teri Hunter, Moorcrofts Managing Partner, said:

“Kate and Adam are very dedicated and talented lawyers; their promotions are well-deserved and reflect their hard-work and the strategically important roles they play in driving forward our plans for continued growth in our core service areas. We are also delighted to welcome such esteemed lawyers across all areas of our team. Their arrival not only bolsters our offering but underpin the technical excellence and high quality services our clients have come to expect from us.”

Moorcrofts is a boutique firm of solicitors, focusing on corporate and contract law, tech law, employment (including employee incentivisation) and commercial property. Housing one of the largest corporate and technology teams in the Thames Valley and acting for some of the biggest names in the world.
