Moorcrofts commercial property team has advised Kittle Group on a letting of new office premises in the centre of Reading.

To meet their growth needs, they were looking to exit their existing lease and relocate offices within Reading to larger premises with a modern fitout. Moorcrofts’ commercial property solicitor, Sharan Uppal led the legal negotiations for the tenant.

We were able to successfully negotiate and complete the lease within the required timeframes allowing for a successful relocation.”
