About Sharan Uppal
Sharan has extensive experience in the area of commercial property law. She specialises in commercial property transactions including: sales, purchases, landlord and tenant work, and corporate refinancing or lending acting for the lender or the borrower.
She also has experience in acting for developers acquiring property for development, dealing with the site assembly and plots sales, both freeholder and leasehold and advises on overage agreements, section 106 agreements, land promotion agreements and conditional contracts subject to planning.
Sharan also works in conjunction with the corporate team assisting with all property matters in corporate transactions.
Career
Having originally started her career in the midlands working for MHM Conveyancing and Wragge & Co in the conveyancing team, Sharan moved into commercial property in 2011 at Fendom Dawson and Towner. She has since worked in Buckinghamshire, advising clients on commercial property transactions at Land Graham Partnership in Marlow before moving to Moorcrofts commercial property team in 2022.

When time permits outside family life as a busy mum, Sharan enjoys socialising, especially going out for dinner, dancing and the theatre. She enjoys going on holiday and traveling around the world. On a day-to-day basis, she likes walking and watching movies.
