About Adam Forder

Adam is a Corporate Solicitor with experience across a large range of sectors, providing quality advice to clients ranging from SME’s to multi-national corporations. He is renowned for producing high-calibre work, offering sound, pragmatic advice whilst creating and nurturing strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Adam specialises in share and asset acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, shareholder agreements, articles of association and advising on secured lending.

He also has a breadth of experience advising clients on corporate reorganisations including share allotments, buybacks, cancellations, share capital reductions as well as share schemes.


Prior to joining Moorcrofts, having qualified as a corporate solicitor in 2014, Adam was based in London working in the corporate teams at Mackrell Turner Garrett, Bolt Burdon and Taylor Walton LLP.

In his spare time Adam plays rugby and attends as many international rugby games as he can manage or watching them in the local pub. Over the past few years Adam has completed the Three Peaks Challenge and Race the Sun. He is a keen fisherman having had a very successful deep-sea fishing trip in Mexico, and fishing (albeit slightly less exotic) at local fisheries and off the South Coast.

He tries his best to travel as much as possible, especially across Europe wherever vineyards, wineries and wine tours are available.
