Moorcrofts LLP advises on Seymour Taylor acquisition
Moorcrofts recently advised High Wycombe based accountancy firm Seymour Taylor on the acquisition of the business and client base of fellow High Wycombe accountants, Cannon Moorcroft.
Peter Woolley (corporate partner) led the transaction, with support from Barry Maytum (corporate consultant), Tim Astley (commercial / technology partner) and Matt Jenkin (employment partner).
Founded in High Wycombe in 1917, Seymour Taylor is one of the longest-established accountancy practices and business advisers in the Thames Valley, providing services for both individuals and businesses. The acquisition will enable Seymour Taylor to add additional support to its offering of services to existing and potential new clients in the region.
