Moorcrofts advises Chatsworth Products International Limited on a re-structuring of its occupation of office premises in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire

Moorcrofts Commercial Property Team has advised Chatsworth Products International Limited—a global manufacturer of products and solutions that power and protect information and communications technology for IT, wireless and industrial automation applications—on a re-structuring of its occupation of office premises in the UK.

Moorcrofts’ Commercial Property Partner, Julia Ferguson, led the legal negotiations for the restructuring, with assistance from Anita Johnson (paralegal).

Julia said:

“Anita and I were very pleased to assist Chatsworth Products with the re-structuring of their current occupation of commercial office premises in Bourne End, together with their property agent, Sharon Holbrough of Property Dynamics Consultancy Ltd. This was an important move, allowing the Company to retain a presence in the UK whilst at the same time enabling them to upgrade the working environment for their staff and allow for the expansion of hybrid working. We wish them much success in the future”.

Emmanuel Humphreys, Finance and Business Operations Director of Chatsworth Products in the UK and Europe, commented:

“We appreciate the service that Julia and Anita provided and were pleased to work with Moorcrofts Commercial Property on this effort.”
