About Julia Ferguson
Julia has over 10 years’ experience as a solicitor, with extensive experience in the area of commercial property law. Julia specialises in business landlord and tenant transactions, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and corporate support. She has particular experience acting for both developers and tenants negotiating pre-let agreements and working with regional landlord’s on their property portfolios.
Having trained at Wragge & Co, Birmingham (now Gowling WLG) Julia qualified in 2000 into the Property Development Team where she worked for 3 years before moving to Linnells in Oxford (now Blake Morgan). As part of the Commercial Property team there she acted on all types of commercial property transactions, specialising in particular in medical centre developments and latterly acting for a number of national and international charities on their retail property portfolios. Julia joined Moorcrofts in 2016.

Julia lives just outside Henley on Thames with her husband and two children. She enjoys the theatre and travelling. Julia speaks fluent French, having studied law in French as part of her degree and is attempting to learn Dutch in an effort to communicate with her nieces living in the Netherlands!
