About Anita Johnson
Anita joined Moorcrofts in June 2016 as an assistant in the Commercial Property Team. Prior to that she worked as a Legal Secretary for over 20 years. She qualified as a Paralegal in January 2019 and now deals with a range of commercial property matters working in particular for Landlords drafting and negotiating Leases, Licences and Rent Deposit Deeds; helping them manage their portfolios and dealing with SDLT submissions and Land Registry registrations. She also assists the team with freehold sales and leasehold acquisitions.

Personal
Anita lives locally with her son. She enjoys socialising, music and the odd gym session and is part of the Moorcrofts Jogging Team.
