Thames Valley Investment Network (TVIN) work with SMEs, entrepreneurs and companies seeking to raise finance by connecting them with highly active potential investors (‘business angels’), who frequently provide commercial experience and contacts, in addition to vital capital.

TVIN was established in 2003 targeting companies with a focus on first mover advantage and technology including FMCG, web, digital media, green-technology. Companies are typically seeking investment between £150k to £750k.

The group also includes Oxford Investment Opportunity Network (OION) and Oxford Early Investments (OEI). Established in 1994 as one of the UK’s first business angel networks, OION has an interest in companies with a strong barrier to entry, often patented, but all companies will have a strong vision for growth seeking investment from £200k to £1.5 million.
