Moorcrofts recently advised the AdvancedAdvT Group (“AdvT“) on the purchase of the entire issued share capital of GOSS Technology Group Limited (“GOSS“), a provider of digital platforms that enable public sector organisations to achieve digital transformation through innovative digital and online solutions.

Moorcrofts worked alongside Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in advising AdvancedAdvT.  Will Pearce (corporate partner) led the Moorcrofts team, with support from Heather Stewart (corporate associate), Julia Ferguson (commercial property partner), Tim Astley (commercial partner) and Lindsey Abbott (employment partner).
