Tim has a Masters (LLM) in Computer and Telecommunications Law, as well as a postgraduate diploma in Information Technology and Telecoms Law. As such, he specialises in commercial and technology law. Other specialisms include regulatory and local authority law.
He has worked as a solicitor, focusing on public law litigation, in and around London. In addition to his private practice, Tim has worked in the charitable, regulatory and public sectors. Tim has now added the technology law specialism to his portfolio and acts for a wide range of clients in intellectual property, commercial, technology and data protection matters.
