Moorcrofts commercial property team has advised Science Photo Library Limited on a new letting in Central London.

Science Photo Library is the world’s leading source of science and medicine images and videos. The company was started in 1979 and for the last 25 years had been operating from their premises in west London but due to the lease coming to an end, the business was looking for new premises.

Moorcrofts’ commercial property partner, Julia Ferguson led the legal negotiations for Science Photo Library.
