Moorcrofts help secure new premises for R3Store Studios Limited at Sugar House Island, Stratford, London

Moorcrofts commercial property team has advised R3Store Studios Limited on a letting at the new mixed-use 26 acre development in East London.

R3Store Studios, a division of UV&S, carefully restores and digitally preserves analogue film footage for today’s digital audience and had been operating from Poplar Business Park in London but was looking to expand into new larger and modern premises.

Moorcrofts’ commercial property partner, Julia Ferguson led the legal negotiations for R3Store Studios.

Julia, said:

“We were delighted to assist R3Store Studios with their relocation to Sugar House Island. Having worked with their parent company for several years, primarily on industrial lettings, this office lease for newly built premises was an exciting new chapter for them. Negotiating and finalising the lease just before Christmas added an extra layer of challenge, but it was immensely rewarding to secure the agreement in time for them to start the New Year in their new home.”
