Moorcrofts advises The Access Group on move into prestigious office premises at 8 Bishopsgate, London

Moorcrofts Commercial Property Team has advised The Access Group, one of the largest UK-headquartered business management software providers providing solutions for more than 100,000 small and mid-sized organisations in commercial and non-profit sectors across Europe, USA and APAC. They have taken a lease of office premises at Mitsubishi Estate London’s prestigious multi-let office tower, developed by Stanhope, to locate their London-based employees and offer global executives and visitors a convenient city base.

Moorcrofts’ Commercial Property Partner, Julia Ferguson, led the legal negotiations for Access.

Julia said:

“Moorcrofts has acted for The Access Group for a number of years and we were therefore very pleased to assist them with their move into these additional office premises at 8 Bishopsgate. The owner, Mitsubishi Estate London, has targeted a BREEAM rating of Outstanding and an EPC rating of A and, therefore, had strict requirements in relation to sustainability and operational energy in relation to fit-out works. We worked closely with the client’s property consultant, Iain McGregor of Glenmhor Property Consultants to ensure that the client was fully aware of these obligations and that they could be complied with”.
