Moorcrofts LLP has advised Gravity Consulting Limited (“Gravity”), a well-established and experienced structural engineering consultancy firm, as part of a management buy-out.

Founded in 2009 and operating from both Berkshire and Hyderabad, Gravity employs a very experienced team that offers a range of structural design and detailing services to its clients and on projects such as housing, sports facilities, offices and schools. Examples of recent projects include part of the development at Green Park Village, Reading and the Nestle Factory in Hayes.

Mark Ryan stated:

“Becky and I founded Gravity over a decade ago and during that time, Gravity has grown and thrived. We have worked with Tony, Jonny and Nathan for many years and we are looking forward to a new future for Gravity under a combined ownership. It is a great milestone for Becky and I and a well-deserved opportunity for Tony, Jonny and Nathan.

We will continue to work as one team over the course of the next few years and assist in the transition as we reduce our involvement with the company. During that period and beyond Gravity will continue to provide clients with the usual high standards of quality service and consultancy.
