Mohsin has a breadth of experience in corporate matters such as asset and share purchase agreements, corporate reorganisations, conducting due diligence and disclosure, employee share schemes and share buybacks. Mohsin’s experience extends to drafting shareholders’ agreements and articles of association, compliance of directors’ duties, and general company secretarial matters.
Career
Before joining Moorcrofts in 2017, Mohsin was a solicitor at a regional law firm assisting on corporate and general commercial matters.
He obtained his LLB (Hons) undergraduate Law degree from The University of Kent in 2013 followed by a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice (LPC) from the University of Law in 2014.

Personal
Mohsin is a keen gym-goer and runner. He has completed various half marathons and the 2019 Brighton marathon. He also plays five-a-side football and is an avid fan of a London based football team.
Mohsin also has an interest in live music and regularly attends gigs and music festivals.
