Moorcrofts advises MMR Research Worldwide Limited on its move to new premises at The Business Centre, Wokingham.

Moorcrofts Commercial Property Team has advised MMR Research Worldwide Limited, one of the world’s leading agencies providing sensory product modelling for clients such as Coca-Cola, P&G  and GSK, on a letting at The Business Centre Wokingham.

Moorcrofts’ Commercial Property Partner, Julia Ferguson led the legal negotiations for MMR.

Julia said:

“We were very pleased to assist MMR with their move into new premises at The Business Centre. This was an important move for the client’s UK Sensory Science Centre Team who had outgrown their existing space at Reading University, giving them their own premises, fitted out with specialist booths with controlled lighting and ventilation from which to carry out their research and a client viewing facility. We wish them much success in the future”.

Chris Rogers, director of MMR commented:

“Julia met us on site to view the property and worked closely with our contractor providing both legal and practical advice in relation to the letting. She kept us updated and ensured that the lease was completed on time allowing us to commence our fit out works in time for a September start. We were really pleased with the service Julia provided and would have no hesitation in recommending Moorcrofts Commercial Property department.”
