Matt Jenkin, Moorcrofts Employment Partner will speak at Partners& first Employment webinar on Thursday 8th September 2022 from 10:00am – 12:00pm.

 

During the webinar, Matt Jenkin will look at the key Employment Law themes for the autumn and winter ahead, whilst Partners& Steve Herbert will provide topical comment on important Human Resources, Economic, and Employee Benefits issues.

The event will be Chaired by Partners& Director and Employee Benefits expert Dan Cockram.

Steve will provide a topical and fast-paced review of some of the current challenges facing employers. Topics covered will include the ‘double edged sword’ of the employment market, the economic outlook, the cost of living crisis, and employee productivity and well being in a time of real financial constraint.

Matt will look ahead to what could be an ‘interesting’ autumn in Employment Law. Subjects covered will include Government plans to enable the employment of temporary staff during industrial action, and the latest ‘fire and rehire’ code of practice. Plans to reform post-termination restrictions, the Future of Work review, and topical updates will also feature.
