Matt Jenkin, Moorcrofts Employment Partner will speak at the next Howden Employee Benefits and Wellbeing, Employment Seminar on Friday 6 March 2020 at the historical Trinity House, Tower Hill, London.

Matt, will deliver an update on all key Employment Law issues, following the decisive outcome of the 2019 General Election. Matt will be looking at what the Government may have in store for employment law including increases to national minimum wage rates, the review of the planned IR35 changes, limiting rights to strike, and the potential change to unfair dismissal qualification periods.  Matt will also highlight some key employment cases to look out for in 2020, and topical comment as appropriate.

Other speakers and topics include:

  • Empowering decision-making using HR Data by Anna Spender
  • The important and changing world of Employee Benefits from Steve Herbert
