The festive season is upon us once again, and it’s time for employers to take stock of the last year, and consider some of the challenges of 2022 and beyond.  Steve will remind delegates of some of the issues that have perhaps been overlooked since the start of the pandemic, and will focus on topical items including employee wellbeing, simple workforce retention strategies, and the challenges (and benefits) of autonomous working.  Another useful – and hopefully engaging – update from Howden’s well-known HR and Employee Benefits keynote speaker. Speaker:  Steve Herbert, Head of Benefits Strategy, Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing

An important session for all delegates.  Speaker:  Matt Jenkin, Employment Partner, Moorcrofts LLP
