Kierendeep specialises in corporate law, particuarly restructuring, investments, corporate fundraising, share sale and purchase agreements, due diligence, disclosure, employee share schemes, share buybacks, management buy outs and shareholders agreements.
Career
After qualifying at a London law firm, Kierendeep joined Moorcrofts. Before joining Moorcrofts, Kierendeep worked for HM Revenue and Customs’ Solicitors Office working in high value tax fraud litigation and for a city law firm as a paralegal assisting on corporate and commercial matters. Kierendeep also worked for leading London law firm investigating professional misconduct on behalf of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
