The Autumn Budget saw the announcement of the National Minimum Wage rates from April 2026, and these are:

• National Living Wage (for those aged 21 and over) to increase by 4.1%to £12.71 per hour;
• National Minimum Wage for those aged 18 to 20 to increase by 8.5% to £10.85 per hour; and
• National Minimum Wage for those aged 16 to 17, and for apprentices, to increase by 6% to £8.00 per hour.
