Moorcrofts strengthens corporate team with two new appointments
Leading corporate and technology law firm, Moorcrofts, is delighted to announce the expansion of its corporate team with the addition of Arnab Ray Chaudhuri and Danil Galushko as corporate lawyers.
Arnab Ray Chaudhuri joins Moorcrofts with extensive experience in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, company sales, demergers, corporate restructuring, and general corporate affairs. After completing his training contract with a niche investment firm in London, Arnab further honed his expertise at a prominent West End law firm, advising clients on a wide range of corporate matters such as fundraises, employee option schemes, and shareholder agreements. Before transitioning to law, Arnab trained and worked as a Chartered Management Accountant, adding a unique financial perspective to his legal practice.
Danil Galushko brings valuable international experience, having spent nearly a decade advising on corporate transactions overseas before relocating to the UK and cross-qualifying as a solicitor. At Moorcrofts, Danil will provide support on a variety of corporate matters, including company acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations, and employee share schemes. His diverse background and expertise will further strengthen the firm’s offering to its clients.
The appointments of Arnab and Danil reflect Moorcrofts’ commitment to enhancing its corporate team and reinforcing its capacity to provide top-tier legal advice on complex corporate matters.
“We are thrilled to welcome Arnab and Danil to the team,” said Teri Hunter, Managing Partner at Moorcrofts. “Their combined expertise, along with their commercial and international experience, will be invaluable in supporting our clients and solidifying our position as a leading law firm in the corporate and technology sectors.”
