Javier Serrano, a physicist from CERN, was in Oxford to give a lecture on CERN’s White Rabbit technology. The technology allows extremely precise timing of sensor events, and has been licensed under the CERN Open Hardware Licence.  Moorcrofts Tech Partner Andrew Katz has been involved in the drafting of the CERN OHL with Javier, and asked Javier to speak at the Oxford Hackspace at OVADA in Oxford.
