On 1 October 2025 a charity bingo night was hosted by Moorcrofts and Seymour Taylor at the Marlow rugby club. The event brought together local businesses for an evening of fun and fundraising in support of two incredible local charities: Young Futures Fund and Thames Valley Adventure Playground.

The event was a resounding success, raising £5,000 to support the vital work of both charities. The evening featured bingo rounds, a curry and a raffle.

The event was made possible thanks to the generous support of local sponsors:

  • FRP Advisory Trading Limited sponsored the welcome drinks.
  • Bingo rounds were sponsored by Handelsbanken High Wycombe, Macbeth Insurance Brokers, Form Workplace Solutions, You Consultancy and Blanchards Law.
  • Langley Creative provided beautifully printed programmes.
  • Cowells Arrow kindly supplied the bingo booklets.

The raffle, featuring prizes donated by local businesses and individuals, added to the fundraising total.

“We were thrilled with the turnout and the generosity shown by everyone involved,” said Joint Managing Director, Joanne Kingsnorth from Seymour Taylor. “It’s fantastic to see the local business community come together to support causes that make such a meaningful difference.”

“At Moorcrofts, we believe in giving back to our community, and this bingo night was a brilliant example of what can be achieved when local businesses unite for a good cause,” said Teri Hunter, Partner and Head of Corporate from Moorcrofts. “We’re proud to support Thames Valley Adventure Playground and Young Futures Fund, and we’re already looking forward to the next event!”
