Leading law firm, Moorcrofts, is pleased to announce the expansion of its highly regarded Commercial Property team with the appointment of Sannah Tariq as a Commercial Property Solicitor. Her arrival reinforces Moorcrofts’ reputation as a trusted legal advisor in commercial property, further strengthening the team’s expertise as a dedicated team of four commercial property specialists.

A graduate of the London School of Economics, Sannah began her legal career in Risk & Compliance at Clyde & Co, later moving to BDB Pitmans, where she developed expertise in regulatory frameworks and risk management. She also gained in-house experience as a Construction Paralegal at engineering firm Max Fordham, before returning to Clyde & Co to complete her training contract. Her diverse background in both private practice and in-house roles enables her to provide pragmatic, commercially focused advice to clients.

Now part of Moorcrofts’ commercial property team, Sannah is keen to apply her legal knowledge and develop her expertise in a broad range of commercial property matters, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and property-related support on corporate transactions.

Moorcrofts’ Commercial Property team is known for its tailored approach, working closely with clients ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations. The team has built a strong reputation across the Thames Valley, the City, and beyond, guiding businesses through the complexities of lease negotiations, acquisitions, disposals, corporate support, and portfolio management, ensuring businesses receive expert guidance on their commercial property transactions. The firm is particularly well-regarded for its hands-on, partner-led service, giving clients direct access to senior specialists whilst also able to offer different levels of staffing where required. The team also works collaboratively with surveyors, planning consultants, and accountants to offer a seamless, commercially driven service.

Welcoming Sannah to the team, Julia Ferguson, Partner and Head of Commercial Property at Moorcrofts, said:

“We are delighted to welcome Sannah to the team. As demand for our specialist commercial property services continues to grow, Sannah’s appointment enhances our ability to deliver high-quality advice and support to our clients. With a dedicated team of four commercial property specialists, we are proud to be one of the most respected teams in the region, backed by our recognition in the Legal 500.”
