About Sannah Tariq
Sannah undertakes a wide range of commercial property work, including freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant matters across various industries. She also supports the firm’s Corporate Team on the property aspects of business sales and acquisitions.
Career
Sannah graduated from the London School of Economics before beginning her legal career in Risk & Compliance at Clyde & Co in London and then moving to BDB Pitmans. In these roles, she gained valuable experience navigating regulatory frameworks and anti-money laundering policies ensuring firm-wide compliance, and advising on risk management matters.
She then transitioned to an in-house role as a Construction Paralegal at Max Fordham, an engineering firm, where she was responsible for contract review and negotiation across all projects before returning to . Clyde & Co to complete her training contract. She joined Moorcrofts in February 2025 as part of the Commercial Property team.

Personal
Sannah loves travelling and exploring new places, especially when it involves trying different cuisines. She is a regular at the theatre and has a keen interest in history, often visiting museums and historical sites. To stay active, she enjoys going to the gym and attending reformer Pilates classes.
