About Nouara Mokrane
Nouara undertakes a variety of corporate work, including assisting on a wide variety of corporate transactional matters such as company acquisitions and disposals, corporate reorganisations (including share buybacks and capital reductions) and employee share schemes. Nouara also assists on general company secretarial matters and legal compliance.
Career
Nouara began her legal career shadowing barristers at the RAF, and then went on to work in Zurich, Switzerland as a Paralegal Consultant, requiring a working knowledge of Swiss, German, and Austrian employment law. Upon returning to England, Nouara worked as a Paralegal with three Magic Circle law firms, working on disclosure and document review in relation to court cases in the area of data protection, financial fraud, and employment law in Brazilian and European Portuguese, Spanish and English.
Nouara then worked with a start-up robotics process automation company assisting legal counsel with data protection policies and contractual negotiation, collaborating with US and Indian companies. Nouara decided to move into private practice and joined Moorcrofts in 2021, where she undertook her training contract and qualified as a solicitor in January 2025.
