About Kirsty King
Kirsty is a Paralegal in the Corporate Team, who undertake a variety of corporate transactions. Kirsty assists with drafting board minutes, restructuring of share transfers and employee share schemes.
Career
Kirsty joined Moorcrofts as a Legal Secretary in December 2017. Prior to this she worked as a Legal Assistant/PA in a local law firm. Kirsty now works as a Paralegal in the Corporate Department and is working towards her CILEX paralegal apprenticeship.
