About Henry Morritt
Henry has worked extensively as in-house counsel in the software-technology-engineering, insurance, and chemicals/specialty materials sectors, and rose to General Counsel of a PE backed multi-national. More recently he has returned to private practice and assists mainly SME clients with all manner of commercial contracts, IP/IT/DP issues, compliance, general troubleshooting, and corporate transactions.
Career
Henry received his training at a City of London commercial law firm working with clients with interests in the aviation, shipping, and property sectors.
Henry has also worked with the European Commission and NGOs in Brussels, and as a PSL writing and editing the documentation which commercial lawyers use to assist their clients.
