About Ash Sangha
Ash undertakes a variety of corporate work, including assisting on a wide variety of corporate transactional matters such as mergers and acquisitions, incorporations and EMI share schemes.
Career
Prior to joining Moorcrofts and shortly after completing his LPC, Ash joined Macfarlanes LLP to assist with a high-profile multi-jurisdictional cross-border banking law case.
Before Macfarlanes, he also worked for Epiq and Altlaw E-discovery Software, where he assisted with various disclosure and document reviews.
Ash also completed a summer internship at what was previously called McAfee (now called Trellix) where he worked on an international HR project (which involved 20 companies within EMEA and included compiling and regulating an employee file database), following McAfee’s split from their parent company Intel.
During his undergraduate degree, Ash created the University of Essex Commercial & Corporate Law Society and was Founder and President (2018-2019), running the society whilst working towards completing his LLB.

Ash enjoys travelling, visiting rooftops bars, watching sports (football, UFC & boxing), listening to music (American hip-hop and UK rap) and working out when he has the time.
