About Adam Forder
Adam is a Corporate Associate advising on a wide range of corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, scaling companies, corporate re-organisations and cross border transactions.
Adam has experience across a large range of sectors with an interest in technology-related acquisitions and investments, providing quality advice to clients ranging from SME’s to multi-national corporations. He is renowned for producing high-calibre work, offering sound, pragmatic advice whilst creating and nurturing strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Adam also regularly advises investors, high growth companies and founders on joint ventures, minority investments, shareholder agreements, articles of association and secured lending.
Working closely with tax advisers, he also has a breadth of experience advising clients on corporate reorganisations including share allotments, buybacks, cancellations, share capital reductions.
Adam also has significant knowledge advising companies on share schemes, particularly EMI Option Schemes and non-tax advantaged schemes.
Career
Prior to joining Moorcrofts, having qualified as a corporate solicitor in 2014, Adam was based in London working in the corporate teams at Mackrell Turner Garrett, Bolt Burdon and Taylor Walton LLP.

Personal
In his spare time Adam can be found in and around Marlow with his young family and dog watching local sports, in the pubs with friends or enjoying a country walk. He tries his best to travel as much as possible, especially across Europe wherever vineyards, wineries and wine tours are available.
