Corporate and Technology Law Firm, Moorcrofts has launched a new online survey to help understand the needs of professionals dealing with commercial contracts, to ensure the contract management and drafting app – ContrAI – which is being developed by Moorcrofts, not only meets the requirements but exceeds the expectations of those in industry, who are directly experiencing the existing difficulties with the management of contracts.

The ContrAI app is currently in research and development, with many companies already scheduled or having received a technology preview. It will have a number of separate modules, each with a specific purpose, but all working together to help make the contracting process efficient, pain free and consistent. With an AI module developed in conjunction with Oxford Brookes University, the app adopts cutting-edge technology.

The survey aims to discover how useful professionals find the ContrAI app in its current form, by being presented with a number of features that are either in development or the development roadmap for the future. The survey also provides the opportunity for professionals to share their ideas and experiences on additional features they feel would be useful within the app.

Andrew Katz, Moorcrofts Joint Managing Partner and Head of the Technology Team, said:

“There is a better way to draft, negotiate and manage contracts and we strongly believe it can be achieved through ContrAI. To ensure the app is as effective as possible, we want to hear from all businesses who manage commercial contracts. This includes law firms, in-house legal teams, procurement, contract management teams and directors of owner managed companies.”

The survey can be accessed here: ContrAI Survey and will take approximately five minutes to complete. All respondents will have the opportunity to opt into a prize draw to win a pair of Apple Airpods. The survey closes on Friday 18 December and T&Cs to enter the prize draw apply, please see here for details.

For more information about ContrAI or to book a demo of the application, please get in touch with Moorcrofts by emailing contact@contrai.io.
