Moorcrofts were delighted to act for the Management Team at RealPubs on the disposal of the venture capital backed 14 strong pub chain to Greene King for £53.1m. The Moorcrofts team of Adrian Phillips and Jonathan Alder worked alongside S J Berwin, the lawyers for the venture capitalists, to achieve completion of the deal on a challenging time scale.
