Leading corporate and technology law firm, Moorcrofts, is delighted to announce the addition of two talented solicitors, Jai Nathwani and Leah Waller, who bring extensive expertise in corporate and employment law to the firm.
Jai Nathwani joins Moorcrofts as a corporate lawyer, advising clients on a range of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, financing deals (debt and equity), company sales, demergers, corporate restructuring, and general company affairs.
Leah Waller strengthens Moorcrofts’ employment law practice with her vast experience in handling complex workplace issues. She specialises in negotiating Settlement Agreements, unfair dismissal cases, and discrimination claims, with a strong focus on sex, pregnancy, and maternity discrimination. Leah is also the author of BabySteps: A Guide to Maternity Leave and Maternity Pay, reflecting her commitment to supporting working families.
In addition to these appointments, Moorcrofts is proud to celebrate Nouara Mokrane qualifying as a solicitor within the firm’s corporate team. Having completed her training contract with Moorcrofts, Nouara has already demonstrated exceptional dedication and skill, and she will continue to support clients across a range of corporate matters. Her qualification reflects Moorcrofts’ dedication to nurturing talent and fostering professional growth within its team.
