Employment Lawyer Vacancy

We are looking for an Employment solicitor with 5+ years PQE, preferably with a following but not exclusively. We would also consider excellent candidates with 3+ years PQE who have experience in the type of employment work we do and have experience in business development, marketing, and networking.

This candidate will be working closely with the Head of the Team. They will be working on varied caseload of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious, mainly on behalf of employers and senior executives. The successful candidate will be advising on general day to day workplace issues, contract of employment/service agreement, settlement agreements, employment tribunal litigation, employee DSAR’s and restrictive covenant disputes.  The team also provides comprehensive support to the corporate team which will require advising on TUPE, employment related warranties and indemnities, due diligence, and disclosure.
