Corporate Solicitor - NQ to 5 Years PQE Vacancy

 

We are looking for an ambitious individual who has, during training and since qualifying, been a supportive member of the Corporate Team in a law firm and is looking to take the next step in developing their career as a Corporate Solicitor.

You will have strong corporate experience and good academics.  The successful candidate will be working alongside experienced Solicitors and Partners dealing with company sales, acquisitions, investments, demergers, capital reductions and shareholder and regulatory matters such as shareholder agreements, LLP agreements, tax and other restructuring.

We also undertake share scheme work and secured lending, so experience of dealing with EMI schemes and/or other HMRC approved share schemes and or dealing with loan and security documentation would be preferable but is not essential as we are happy to train the right candidate in these areas.

We have a very strong corporate client base and a high quality corporate workload and typically deal with transactions in the £2 – £20 million range. Examples of our client base and the work we have undertaken for them can be found on our website.

The current corporate team is very commercially focused and in tune with our client needs, as well as having a good working knowledge of the regulatory, taxation and accounting issues that our clients face.
