About Jessica Lockett
Jessica has experience in a variety of corporate transactions, including share buybacks, employee share schemes and corporate reorganisations.
She has also assisted with a number of company sales, investment agreements and general corporate matters.
Career
Jessica trained at a regional firm in Buckinghamshire, which included a seat in their Corporate/Commercial team. She joined Moorcrofts in 2023 shortly after qualification.
Before starting her training contract, Jessica worked as a paralegal for a total of three years; over a year of which was spent working at a North London firm.

Personal
Jessica enjoys going to the pub with friends and family and attending music gigs and festivals. She also like to keep fit by going to the gym and horse riding. When she is feeling less energetic, you’ll find her in front of a film or with her nose in a book.
