Ben Habershon

Ben is a Corporate Partner with extensive experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, shareholder matters and corporate governance, often in an international context. For much of his career, he has focused on cross-border corporate and commercial work, advising UK businesses, multinational companies on their UK interests and inward investment into the UK, and overseas ultra-high-net-worth families on their UK business affairs.

Career

Ben began his legal career as a paralegal at Berwin Leighton in the City before training at a regional firm and qualifying in 1998. He has since worked at a number of firms, including as a Partner at the London office of Browne Jacobson. Ben also spent five years heading the corporate legal services team at a multi-disciplinary partnership working alongside accountants and tax advisers, followed by two years as General Counsel for a luxury goods and services group.
