Asif Ali

Asif is a Corporate Solicitor at Moorcrofts, specialising in corporate and transactional work. He advises and supports clients on a range of matters including corporate reorganisations and restructures, mergers and acquisitions, share schemes, corporate governance and due diligence, as well as general corporate matters. Asif works closely with clients and the wider corporate team to provide practical and commercially focused advice.

Career

Asif joined Moorcrofts following over four years at Blaser Mills Law, where he initially worked as a Paralegal for over two years before completing his training contract with the firm. He qualified as a solicitor in 2026 and joined Moorcrofts’ Corporate team.
