Moorcrofts recently advised High Wycombe based accountancy firm Seymour Taylor on the acquisition of the business and client base of fellow High Wycombe accountants, Cannon Moorcroft.

Seymour Taylor’s joint managing director, Joanne Kingsnorth said:

“We are delighted to welcome the Cannon Moorcroft team and clients to our growing practice. This latest acquisition is an important step in our firm’s history, as we look to target new sectors and opportunities with our full range of services whilst continuing our excellent service for all clients within our expanded firm. We’d also like to thank Peter Woolley and the team at Moorcrofts for all their hard work and their excellent support.”

Peter Woolley, said:

“Moorcrofts was delighted to act for Seymour Taylor on this acquisition, and I’m sure that the firm will continue to grow, with the addition of the Cannon Moorcroft team and client base. We look forward to the opportunity to work with Seymour Taylor again in the future.”
