Moorcrofts help secure new premises for Retail Alchemy Limited in London

Moorcrofts commercial property team has advised Retail Alchemy Limited on its exit from existing premises in Wendover and a new letting in Central London.

Retail Alchemy is a professional services company that provides marketing return on investment measurement and advice to a variety of well known, high profile clients in a number of markets worldwide. The company had operated for 10 years from premises in Wendover but due to a successful expansion of the business was looking for new premises. 

Moorcrofts’ commercial property partner, Julia Ferguson led the legal negotiations for the landlord with support from commercial property paralegal, Anita Johnson.

Julia, said:

“We were very pleased to be able to assist Retail Alchemy in their relocation. They approached us to discuss a lease renewal for their existing premises but at the same time consider alternatives. We were able to connect them with Cummings Commercial agents in London who assisted them in finding the new premises and together we were able to negotiate and conclude a new lease for them in a recently refurbished and fitted out office building in Kings Cross.”
