Moorcrofts commercial property team has advised Adclaro Limited on a new letting in Central London.

Adclaro Limited (formerly Retail Alchemy Limited) is a professional services company that provides marketing return on investment measurement and advice to a variety of well known, high profile clients in a number of markets worldwide. Moorcrofts acted for them in 2024 on their exit from existing premises in Wendover, which they had operated from for 10 years, to new premises in London due to a successful expansion of the business. 

Moorcrofts’ commercial property partner, Julia Ferguson led the legal negotiations for the landlord.

Julia, said:

“In a slightly unexpected turn of events we were contact by Rhys Jones, director and owner of the Company, less than a year after we had completed a lease of new premises for them, advising that the landlord had decided to sell the building and his buyer required vacant possession. Cummings Commercial agents, who had acted for Adclaro on the original letting, were negotiating terms for a settlement regarding this and Rhys needed our help to negotiate the legal agreement as well as acting for them on a lease of new premises. We were of course happy to help. Matters were complicated by the need to tie three transactions together, the sale, the surrender of the existing lease and the grant of the new lease which was subject to completion of landlord works but we were able to work with all parties and successfully negotiate and conclude the surrender, a temporary licence and a new lease for them in a recently refurbished and fitted out office building in Euston.”
