Moorcrofts help Evolution Europe Ltd purchase freehold office premises in Marlow
Moorcrofts commercial property team has advised Evolution Europe Ltd on the freehold purchase of its UK head office in Marlow.
Evolution Europe Ltd is the parent company of a global group of companies, with offices in Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway and the USA. In the UK, Evolution Europe Ltd often operates as Evolution Electronic Security Systems and specialises in the design, installation and maintenance of electronic security and life safety systems for corporate, industrial and government clients.
Moorcrofts’ commercial property solicitor, Sharan Uppal led the legal negotiations for the buyer.
Sharan said:
“We were delighted to represent Evolution Europe Ltd on the acquisition of its UK headquarters on Globe Park, in Marlow. The Company was already occupying the premises as a tenant so when the landlord decided to sell the freehold, the Company was keen to acquire it to allow for its continued growth. The timescales were initially tight, as the freeholder had received interest from several other parties. The transaction also presented several legal challenges however we were able to advise the client on practical and legal solutions and are pleased to have successfully negotiated and completed the purchase for them.”
