Moorcrofts advises Thames Air & Water Tech Limited on the acquisition of new office premises in Flackwell Heath, Buckinghamshire.

Moorcrofts Commercial Property Team has advised Thames Air & Water Tech Limited, a local business  providing air conditioning, water treatment, electrical and plumbing services.

Moorcrofts’ Commercial Property Partner, Julia Ferguson supervised the legal negotiations for Thames Air & Water Tech Limited, assisted by Anita Johnson.

Julia said:

“Anita and I were very pleased to assist Thames Air & Water Tech Limited with their move from serviced offices into c1100sq ft of leasehold commercial premises in Flackwell Heath, Buckinghamshire. This was an important move for the client allowing them to expand their business whilst maintaining their  presence in Flackwell Heath and we both wish them much success in the future”.

Nick Mills, Director of Thames Air & Water Tech Ltd commented:

“This was a really important move for the business due to the significant growth in recent years.  We outgrew our previous office and when the opportunity came to move into Swains House, Flackwell Heath we had to move fast.  We were recommended to Moorcrofts by a managing agent and can only say how pleased we were with how professional they managed the whole process from start to end.  We would have no hesitation in recommending Moorcrofts Commercial Property department.”

Moorcrofts Commercial Property Team provide legal advice to owners and occupiers of commercial property, with a particular specialist in tenant representation as well as having extensive experience advising corporate occupiers in all aspects of leasehold acquisitions and disposals.  For more information regarding Moorcrofts commercial property services contact Julia Ferguson on 01628-470009 or Julia.ferguson@moorcrofts.com.
