Moorcrofts advises Wilson Partners Limited on its move to new premises at TOR, Maidenhead.

Moorcrofts Commercial Property Team has advised Wilson Partners, a leading accounting, tax and financial advisory business on a lease of new office premises at TOR, Maidenhead.  

Moorcrofts’ Commercial Property Partner, Julia Ferguson, led the legal negotiations for Wilson Partners.

The transaction was complicated by various practical issues regarding works to the premises to create the new office but we were able to work closely with the client’s property agent, Mark Harris of Page Hardy Harris, their surveyor, Ian Simmons of Permission and their fit out contractors Active Workplace Solutions as well as the Landlord’s agents and solicitor to ensure the matter completed within the client’s deadline”.
