Moorcrofts LLP has advised the shareholders of Teamultra on the company’s sale to Computacenter (UK) Limited. The acquisition provides Computacenter with a dedicated team of ServiceNow accredited experts.

Teamultra, established in 2006, is a leading ServiceNow Gold Service partner, specialising in ServiceNow (a platform offering a suite of cloud-computing software management tools), the provision of associated professional services, bespoke training, IT support and integration solutions.

Computacenter is a market leader with global reach in the provision of IT infrastructure services. They provide strategical IT support and management, implementation of technology and performance optimisation assistance.
Mike Beale, Teamultra’s founder and managing director, commented that “the acquisition by Computacenter will allow us to maintain our strong position as one of the UK’s preferred ServiceNow partners, and remain a force in the cloud-computing industry”.

Moorcrofts’ corporate partner, Teri Hunter, led the deal with support from Will Pearce. Employment support was provided by Matt Jenkin and Sally Nesbit with commercial contract support provided by Tim Astley.

Mike Beale notes that: “We are grateful for the Moorcrofts team’s efforts over the course of this acquisition. It was clear from the outset that the team really understood the intricacies and complexities of our business, and worked incredibly diligently to protect our interests throughout, as well as forming creative solutions whenever technical or practical issues arose”.

Teri Hunter said: “It was a pleasure to assist Teamultra’s shareholders during this process. We wish them every success in their new relationship with Computacenter, and we hope that they continue to prosper and to grow their position in the market as part of the Computacenter Group”.

RSM Corporate Finance LLP provided corporate finance and tax advice for the Teamultra shareholders.
