Moorcrofts advises shareholders on the sale of Hamble Yacht Services
Moorcrofts has advised the shareholders of Hamble Yacht Services on the successful sale of the business to Premier Marinas.
The acquisition sees Hamble Yacht Services join the Premier Marinas portfolio, with funding provided by Premier Marinas’ long-term owners, Wellcome.
Based on the River Hamble, Hamble Yacht Services has built a strong reputation as a leading marine facility, serving a loyal community of customers, berth holders and marine-related businesses. The acquisition marks the next chapter for the business, with Premier Marinas confirming that operations will continue as normal while building on Hamble Yacht Services’ established strengths.
