About Tom Robinson
Tom has extensive experience across a broad range of corporate law matters, with a strong focus on acquisitions, as well as reorganisations, investment and finance work.
He has assisted clients across multiple sectors on complex, high-value corporate matters. Previous work includes acting on the £150m sale of one of the UK’s leading publishing companies to a private equity buyer, and advising a US-based private equity house on several significant acquisitions in the UK market.
Career
Tom gained significant pre-qualification experience and qualified at Simons Muirhead Burton. He has also previously worked at Gowling WLG and Lee & Thompson, further strengthening his background across a wide range of corporate matters.
