Kierendeep specialises in corporate restructuring, investments, corporate fundraising, share sale and purchase agreements, due diligence, disclosure, employee share schemes, share buybacks, management buy outs and shareholders agreements.
After qualifying at a London law firm, Kierendeep joined Moorcrofts. Before joining Moorcrofts, Kierendeep worked for HM Revenue and Customs’ Solicitors Office working in high value tax fraud litigation and for a city law firm as a paralegal assisting on corporate and commercial matters. Kierendeep also worked for leading London law firm investigating professional misconduct on behalf of the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA).
